Creative material
Text submitted to Scene Doctor or Character Doctor is sent to the tool’s server and then to Anthropic’s Claude service to generate a diagnosis. Do not submit confidential, embargoed, legally privileged, or personally sensitive material.
Orbital Ranch Studios does not intentionally save submitted scenes or character profiles in its application database. Hosting and AI providers may process request data and maintain operational or security logs under their own policies.
Email and usage records
Scene Doctor uses the email address you provide to identify your free-tier allowance. It stores that email address, your tier, your remaining usage, and the next reset date. Character Doctor does not require an email address.
Abuse prevention
The tools may derive a one-way identifier from network information to enforce short-term rate limits and protect the service. This identifier is not displayed publicly and is not used for advertising.
Third-party services
The site is hosted on Netlify and the diagnostic tools use Anthropic’s Claude API. Their handling of service data is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Your choice
Using the Library and Reference pages does not require an account. If you do not want creative material processed by an AI service, do not paste it into the Doctor tools.
